I regularly use the Gym and I noticed couple of machines are not working for over a month. One of the treadmills and a Stepper. I have complained to Mr. Chellan but at first he said he does not take care of the Gym maintanence. He added that the AMC guys will take care of it. But when I stressed on the fact that isn't Vipul the point of contact for reaching out to the AMC company, he asked the security at the Club reception to call the concerned person! I asked Mr Chellan to note the complaint in his register but he didn't, saying he will take care. Nothing has been done so far. I gave a written complaint 2 days back. Today the Gym was full and I could not use it since the only two machines that were available were not functioning. Can the rest of the users please raise a complaint and push Mr. Chellan to take care of the issue?

Gym is a part of amenities and it is duty of the property manager to maintain amenities on behalf of its owners. I personally recommend you to write a letter to property manager or association regarding the same. You can also login to commonfloor Raj Lake View Bangalore and utilize ask& discuss option to get support from rest of the users
