Q: Please intimate cost of two bed room flats available in Baarackpore and Palta area in West Bengal with surface area. I want to know about the area of Genexx Towers and total cost if possible. Please let me know about the distance from railway station and near by bus route and name of the stoppage. Any near near by famous land mark. Payments term and condition, period of full payment. Is there any mandatory maintenance charge after possession?

Sqft area of 2 BHK in Genexx is 970 to 1115 sqft in the price range of Rs 1700 to Rs 1850 per sqft. It is near Barrackpore Station. Air Force site is nearby and is a major landmark. Maintenance is mandatory and to be paid on or before possession. Initial payment is 10% which has to be paid after 15 days of filling application.

Hi Rangalal, 2 BHK flats in Barrackpore area will cost around 14-20 lakhs. It all depends on the builders' reputation, amenities and services around, locality, etc. Rates in Genexx Towers starts from approx 15.30 lakhs onwards.
