Illegal buildings.

Q: We the property buyers paying lakhs of rupees for properties. But builders are taking advantage by selling illegal buildings. Why the civic body is not taking any action against the illegal buildings and the builders?

Actually, property buyers have lodged complaints against the illegal buildings, but the civic officials issue a notice to the developers but bury it later. Some developer’s show fake occupancy certificate and commencement certificate to the buyers, and the buyers have no idea about it.
