Q: Hi, Can someone who has purchased a plot from this developer share their experience this developer? I'm planning to buy a site in their 2nd project - Malhaar near Sarjapur Jn. I found the builder is not very prompt and professional. Appreciate your help. Thanks in advance,-Prabhat

I bought the property in Sriram Bhairavi in 2007, initially they were making all kinds of promises....still the property in not gated after almost 8 years...are there any one who bought in Sriram Bhairavi

8 years is quite a long time I think you should talk with the builder and ask for some compensation. Between what is the reason that they have not started the work for the project.

Hi Prabhat, even I have heard many things about the group like they increase the rates per sqft area at the last moment. I was also interested in their project. Please other buyers share your reviews and feedback.
