Maintenace on square feet basis vs flat basis.

Q: Can I request names of socities in Wakad / Pimple Saudagar areas who claim running monthly maintenance on square feet basis (i.e. 2 BHK vs 3 BHK) and those who claim it based on number of tenaments (and not on square feet basis). I am seeking information for monthly maintenance and not for sinking fund or major repair fund. Vilas, Pristine Grandeur
