SJR LUXURIA

Q: Anyone got idea regarding SJR Luxuria property. We are planning to buy it but have seen that there has been many negative feedback about SJR properties? Any info on the builder and SJR luxuria would be greatly appreciated.

I am one of the owners yet to move in, some 20+ have moved in and around 70 of us are in a group and regularly communicate with the builder. Apart from the usual hiccups, I would say they are extremely helpful and do seem to be attempting to make it a very good project

Thanks Sm. Just one more query , is the project free from any violations. and what about the Occupancy certificates and Katha transfers. Are they expected to be smooth. We have liked the project very much and are looking to book a 3 bhk in topaz which is under construction.

SJR group is one of the leading developers and SRJ Luxuria is an ongoing project. May be some of the previous projects are having negative issues. To be on the safer side take advice from your legal expert regarding the project.

several of us (owners) have gone thru the various documents - SJR has been transparent, prima facie things appear to be in order and have not really found any cause for concern, several flats have also been registered in the owners name. I believe O/C will only be issued after project completion.
