Elemntto Aurum failing environment clearance norms and EC marked it as SEAC refer
the proposal to Environment Department, GoM, http://vijaykumbhar.blogspot.co.uk/2014_11_01_archive.html says it is one of the Adarsh type construction in Pune

Aurum devlopers are very bad in delevery ,,,,,,,,,as this project is pending so long ......about EB suply ......there is issue ........there is no quality construction .............if you invest with Aurum then your money will go in drain.............initially they work fastly till 95% of your payment then you need to fight for your basic requirment ..this is main stratigy of AURUM that delyaed the delevery for basic thing then no one will ask for aminities .......dont belive on aurum group
