How is the project locality and connectivity to the other parts of the Pune City? When are they giving possession of this property?

Pimple Saudagar is a major residential locality in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation,so many real estate development has taken place in the last 15 years. Aundh lies to its North, Pimpri to its south, Sanghvi to the West and Hinjewadi in the east. This locality has so many residential plots and apartments. As a result Pimple Saudagar is also the residential hub for young professionals and a student hub.

Its proximity to the Hinjewadi IT Park and the educational hub made this place a good residential demand. This makes it a good investment destination as well for potential investors, as well as there is a steady demand for rented property.

It is just 8-km from the Pune University Circle and 15 km from the Pune Railway Station. It also has a good network of medical facilities and hospitals such as the Super Specialty Aditya Birla Hospital in a 10 Km radius.

It is expected that the possession will be December'2014.

This locality comes under Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and got all the require approvals from there. Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are funding this project. The newly developed BRTS road connecting Wakad and Nashik Phata passes through Pimple Saudagar.
Many developers such as Nisarg and Sai are active builders of this locality.

Some newly launched project in the locality are Destiny by Bhojwani Homes - 2014 end, Samruddhi Park by BK Developers - 2015, Siddhivinayak Group by Siddhivinayak Group - 2015, Dwarka Sai by G K Developers - 2015, Swapna Sankul by Shree Manibhadra Group - 2015, One Nation by Mittal Brothers - 2015 etc.

The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 5500-7200/sq-ft . Prices may vary and depends upon the locality and the amenities provided by the developer in the project.
