Q: Sairung developers is asking to pay heavy maintenance to keep one security at their sites where they have sold land plots to customers. Please be aware on this.

Sairung is best land developers in pune they provide good options of plots. I had book a plot at Hinjewadi Dec 2016. The Services right from showing us the plots to the legal formalities was all done by Sairung. I did not have to run around anywhere. This is the kind of service they provided.

Sairung speciality is to show you all legal documents layout plan .They have good tie up with Reputed banks to get loan sanction faster based on your papers. Last time they had offer of zero interest EMI which I found good for salary people. Most Important is service which is fast and all questions and queries they try to solve evenif u take their plots or not.

Have you asked their cancellation and refund policy, maintenance policy. For any reason if you cancel or take any NOT GOOD PATH for SAIRUNG, your NIGHTMARE will start. I did the same. I cancelled my booking as I was not happy with plot documents and my NIGHTMARE started. Since last one year I am following up for refund of my booking amount of 7 lac. And I am finally lodged a Police complaint before sending a legal notice (read my all reviews on CF and Mouthshut). I wish you don't get into such situation and will not join unfortunate people club who invested with Sairung.

What happened to me? give me your email id, I will fwd you whole mail trail with Sairung. NO FAULT OF MINE IF I CANCELLED MY BOOKING. Since last one year and till date they are still bluffing me by saying they will call me this day that day but that call never came. Interestingly they are bluffing Police also. Now Police is preparing for action against them.Wish you good luck and no look back, no cancellation (any transaction where money flows out of Sairung) ever else what is happening with me and many many others may happen to you as well. Just a request, pls explore how many cases are pending in different courts against Sairung? These Sairung Victims were not NORMAL ppl like you or me or they came from different planet? I bought a plot of Sairung, 3 months ago and I have been very happy with their service and maintenance of the project. I thought the rate was high by market price as per sqft but now to think that it was totally worth it. The value they give to their customer even after the booking makes you feel quite special. I am describing my experience with sairung developers who sells plot schemes around hinjewadi area(around marunji road) in pune. Specific to Sairung city, sairung has sold one 2.5 acre(which is 100000 sq. feet) plot to one person and now he has done internal plotting within this 2.5 acre land. Plotting looks good with internal roads.

I liked it and initiated the process of purchase. Price was decided as 550 Rs. per sq. feet and got all the documents like satbara, ferfaar, agreement copy and my lawyer told me that documents are good so I made some advance payment.

later, I came in touch with the one person who happened to be a moderator of a yahoo group of people who have purchased a plots in sairung city. There are more than 80 members in this group. The moderator told me that sairung is doing wrong things now a days and selling such plots which are reserved for the old plot owners for the purpose of lake, open plot and other amenities he promised them.

I have invested in one of the project of sairung around 2004 in their scheme Sairung Samruddhi - II, at that time it was jungle and i bought land from sairung just Rs.90 per sqft, and now i have inquired that the price is now reached Rs.1200/- up per sqft, ...very good return by sairung , i remember that when i used to go for those area which they had developed the plots , there where no one was there in plotting and now its like MELA , but no one can compare sairung in legal paper work...
