Planning to invest in Sarjapur Road and i want to know what is the present rate per sqft going on and also it will be great, if some one can provide me names of some pre launch projects.
Currently the rate per sqft going on in Sarjapur Road is Rs 4900 approximately. Some of the pre launch projects in this locality are as follows: Chowriappa Camp David, S2 Golden Tulip, BM Silver Dale, Vedant Vriksh, Thanushree Breeze, Fortune Strato etc.
Looks like there is a genuine issue with approval for the Commercial Block. That means the club house, gym and swimming pool for the residential apartments are in a limbo now. It may take time to get resolved.
@Mrinmoy, Some people told me that builder is known for its innovative, creativity ideas and the company is also certified for offering quality work. The builder is providing good specification and modern amenities. Can you please elaborate the issue?
I believe they have all the approvals in place now. In August I got all their documents verified by a lawyer and he gave me a green signal for going ahead with this property.
From the docs. They are telling it's a common practice among the builders but that's not true. They claim Saket is big n huge then why they don't get approval for all floors. Big builders like Shoba, mantra, prestige, vaswani I have not seen like this. Additional info is appreciated.
