Every bank home loan have their advantage and disadvantage. The best way would to be to explore all the home loan options and see whose home loan offer suites you the best. There are several finance providers in the market. You need to segregate which is the best one by comparing the interest rate and repayment policies of the finance provider. I would suggest you to try finance providers which are trusted well in the market. I have personally taken home loan from Bajaj Finserv Lending with minimal submission of documents for duration of 20 years. My experience with them has been excellent from approval of loan till payment of my EMI. So I would suggest you to try their site for more information about loans.
