How is builder's reputation?

Q: This is one of completed projects of Adithya constructions. I just wanted to check how is builder, his work, reliability? Is it okay to invest in his upcoming project, based on reviews of his completed one?

I heard that the builder is having good reputation and has built numerous villas and apartments in Hyderabad. The builder provides all unique amenities and all the project features vaastu. One of my friend's have bought an apartment from the builder and he found it a good investment.
