Public grievance in Bangalore.

Q: The residents are fed up of the public grievance that they are facing in everyday life but BBMP is not taking any steps to solve the problem. why so?

Do you know that recently BBMP has taken the initiative to solve the problem by sorting out time for following up the public grievance. BBMP ask the residents that if they feels like updating any civic issue they can visit the BBMP staff from 3pm to 5pm in all the offices and the residents are strictly requested to follow up the timings.
