Worth the money or not

Q: I would like to know, if it would be worth a purchasing / investing / living at VGN Imperia, keeping in mind the surroundings, vicinity, growth of Chennai. Would there be an appropriate growth in business or industries, for a good rental outfit?

Hello Arvind, as far as I know VGN Imperia is located Velappanchavadi in Chennai. The project is also located near various schools, IT companies, hospitals, industries and colleges. VGN Imperia is offering unique amenities and the connectivity from Velappanchavadi to other places like Anna Nagar, Koyambedu and Mugappair, Porur is easy. I feel it is worth the money.
