Hey Aditi, I have searched some of the website and found that the builder is quoting Rs 3,33,56,000 to Rs 5,11,34,500 for shop cum office space and for apartments they are charging Rs 14,000 excluding extra charges per sqft.

NH 24 is a highway and real estate along highways has always been a good place to invest. And this highway is particularly good as the portion in Ghaziabad is witnessing some very good residential development.

Wave City Centre is definitely going to make a change in the realty market of Noida and the changes will surely affect the Ghaziabad realty market also. So if you are planning to invest in Wave city it will definitely give you appreciation in future. But before investment you should discuss with your legal expert also, he can guide you with the same.
