Hi All, Same case here since May 2009. I booked flat in Sector II building number 7. Now its already 8 years after booking one number 1 BHK flat. Since that at each visit, I am getting same answer as it will be completed soon in next 6 months. Same answer again and again. Last year June 2016, they told me that there was problem with contractor and they are hiring new contractor. So possession will be in June 2016. Construction is still as it is since last 11 months. moreover during FIRST registration they took 8000/--for 1 BHK from all and after some days we got new letter as we have to pay new registration amount of 25000/- without any difference (deducting first amount) as registration tax in increased by government. So where is this money gone for all flats. Ideally in one 7floor building there are 70 flats (10 flats on each floor), so amount is 560000/-INR for one building registration. This is for considering 1 BHK flat. What about for two BHK flat amount.

Every time, when there is a delay in project, we catch the builders and developers of the project. And we don't try to find out the reality, why there is a delay in project? Nobody want to face the legal issues. The project get delay due to the legal approval in most of the cases. The legal approval authority ask for the huge bribe from the developers. On an average, a developer has to shell out Rs. 800/sq-ft. more than the actual construction cost to the approval authority. Average bribe per square feet paid for every project is Rs. 800. The burden is passed on the buyers. Now, tell me who is the prime guilty?
Hi all, Those who bought flats in Neptune Sawrajya, Ambivli in Kalyan can file a complain in Thane District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum for deficiency in service. In January 2014, a flat owner named Chauhan filed case in Thane District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum and the forum directed the Neptune builder to pay Rs one lakh fine to Chavan for deficiency in service and also to give possession of the flat to Chavan within 10 days of his paying the remaining cost of the flat, else he will have to pay Rs 300 per day as fine to Chavan.
Hello Devika? What about Sector-2 project? I heard that they have some issue in sec-2 project and are not getting KDMC approval. Is it true? I have booked a flat in Sector-2. What should i do now?
Hi Pradyuman, Even i am facing the same issue since 5 yrs. I have booked flat in February, 2009 in sector -2 Building No-9 and i have taken personnel loan from axis bank and paying EMI . Currently, i am leaving in a rental house which i have to pay rent every month. till date no one giving positive response from Neptune Office
Please suggest me any solution because i am facing financial problem due to EMI & Rent.

Hi Vinay, It looks to me that most the forum conversation are face. When i was searching the property details on net i found that 3 different real estate portal has 3 different possession date. I don't want to disclose their portal name but one of the has mentioned December, 2016, second one has mentioned December'2017 and 3rd one October'2015. Who to believe? Can you tell me the exact date of possession?
You are right Dharmaja, Even i heard a lot of bad news about the developer as well. But i am not sure about it. May be a act of making the developers image malign. Don't go on any rumors. Before investing or buying any property check all the legal approvals then proceed. Thanks....
Its June already isn't it. I have been told March 2016 Last week when i called. There is no end to it. Some of the buyers formed a team but that was limited till creating a whatsapp group and then using it for forwards. I don't think anyone is really serious

I have booked in the year 2008 and still i have not received the position, god knows whats going on, There should be a deadline for all this, its almost more than 8 years, please let me know what action you all want to take, I will be happy to be there.
I also booked my flat in 2009....also no updates till...I was tld thth in may 2013 finally we will give possesion but its already june and bricks works and plastering is not done yet.....

Hi All , i also booked 2 nos of One BHK in sector - 1 , My self also in the same delima , weather he is going to complete or not , because there is no progress on road work from station to Project , this road is the main approach thing which would be later used for train cummuters , other wise only getting that flat worth nothing , and they are demanding money with any progres of the road. Now i have decided not pay any payment till road work completion . - Cell No. 9833182887
