Need Information about Dodda Nekkundi, Bangalore

Q: Dear Friends, I'm planning to shift with my family to Dodda Nekkundi area in Bangalore. The name of the apartment that i plan to stay is 'THE GREENS'. It'd be a great help if you can help me with the following queries:
Is it a safe area especially for small children and ladies?
Are the civic amenities available at this place? I have heard that there are teething problems related to electricity and water. It seems that there is only borewell water available and cauvery pipeline has not yet reached this place. Is it correct?
What about public transport in this area?
Appreciate if you can help me understand this area better.

The Greens a completed project of Home Space Private Limited, the builder have a good reputation as I have heard from many people. The builder is providing all the modern amenities and they are also providing rain water harvesting system so that there will not be any water crisis in the project. The surety cannot be given that there will not be any problems even many other parts of Bangalore are not getting Cauvery water. Bus Stop like Doddenakundi/Kartik nagar Marathalli outer ring road within close distance. Hope all these information will help you.
