Q: I have heard that the NOIDA authorities would be revising the circle rates. If it is true, then what date would that be? Currently I have a flat as the original allottee in Jalvayu towers sector 47 Noida? Till when can I get the flat registered at the prevailing rates? Can I also include my spouse as a co-registrant in the property during registration?
In November 2011 only they revised the circle rates of property by 25 to 30 per cent again they are planning to revise the circle rate. Why so? I think before the circle rates get revised you can register the flat at the prevailing rates.
