How to handle such situation?

Q: Hello,I have a property booked in Dec. 2010.When booking the flat the verbal commitment by the builder was March 2012. Later his verbal commitment was May 2012. Looking at the current stage of the property construction stage I do not feel that my house would be completed and ready to be occupied until May 2012. The Over all project complication is sated in the agreement as 2 years form the registration. I have tried following up with the Builder but do not get a positive response.Can someone give me some guidance?

Hello Abhijit, I will advice you to go to the site if possible and talk face to face with the builder if then also he is not giving any positive response then try to communicate with the rest of the owners who have book a flat in the project and take some decision.
