Hi They got CC in september 2012 work stared but because of double stair case they increase builup area of each flat minuim app. 60 sqft of 2 BHK flat.
I am also the one buy flat in carina december 2010.
can any one suggest me i have to pay this extra area because this is in built up area carpet is same.
So i am not getting more area but builtarea increase and they ask me to pay more then 2. 5 lac.
plz suggest what to do now

This construction is delayed a lot. If you call their sales person, they do not provide correct information on this matter neither reply to your mail. They have issue with their CC from CIDCO which we understood that delayed because of requirement of additional staircase for emergency exit. This may change the complete floor plan which builder does not want to change. They have obtained clearance from Civil Defense and CIDCO approval is awaited. When ever you call then they have typical answer " Approval expected in this week" This is being comunicated with me for past 8 months.

There is still no news about the comencement of the Project, when you ask the sales personnel, he speaks rudely with you , and says that no other project has got the commencement certificate in the last 4 Months, so he cannot tell you exactly when the project will start.

Advt of Flats in Galaxy carina can be seen on different websites. However, on enquiring, it is known that they have applied for CC for last 1 1/2 year. What is the status of their CC.

Galaxy Carina is one of the projects of BKS Galaxy Realtors Pvt Ltd and the project is located at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai and the builder group in located at Sector - 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
