Latest Answer: Where did you read or found such information? As per the Maharashtra civic administration, keeping the tax rates steady means residents will not be burdened with an additional expense. Property tax will be as it was earlier.

Q: Is GST applicable on property after I get Occupancy Certificate from the builder?
Latest Answer: I agreed with the Padma. Ready to move in an apartment are exempt from GST. GST is only applicable on under construction House but the owner will get the Input credit only on the construction part. But since developer have to pay GST on the whole project and he or she will get credit only on construction cost consequently the rates for whether under construction or ready to use house cost will hike on the proportionate basis, in order to link the gap.

Q: What will be the GST on a ready-to-move-in commercial shop from a builder wherein he is still waiting to get the Occupancy Certificate? Can the builder get the input benefit from the government on a deal?
Latest Answer: GST is applicable on properties that have not yet received the Completion or Occupancy Certificate. Ready-to-move apartments will have no GST but the developer will only get input credits on construction costs. Developers will collect and pay GST on the cost of the project.

Latest Answer: Dear All, I booked the flat in tower 2A in Oct 2011 today talked to the sales team when would be the possession, as per RERA it was Dec 2019 now sales team said it may take till March 2020. Dont buy anything from them what seems cheaper and fabulous today will become headache for future. Imagine 8 years gone still waiting for the flat. Sandeep

Q: I am a current resident at Hyde Park C3 wing and have a concern regarding the Dumping of garbage and other construction items beside C3 building where C4 wing is/was going to be developed. The dumping of unwanted items has increased recently and is leading to mosquitos and insects in our house. Also the view is not plesant from our balcony. Kindly take necessary action or let me know with whom this issue needs to be discussed.

Q: Kesar Exotica has still not received oc.Can we buy in this property?What are the risks involved?
Latest Answer: Hi Abdeali!! Don't purchase any flat in such projects. The banks and financial institutions are most unwilling to give loan in respect of properties which do not have OC. Besides, no wise buyer will agree to purchase such property.

lastest one they hired a lawn tennis coach who charge more from tenant so that lower down the burden of owners.
