Hi,
Rupam is one of the ongoing project with this builder and as far as rate is concerned it is around 3555 per sq ft and project having plan of 2and 3bhk unit with variance.

As far as I know Srivilas Constructions has build a strong reputation. Srivilas Constructions offers luxury and elegance at an affordable price. You can talk with the builder about the other cost so that it is no more a hidden cost for you.
