I have been told phase2 completes end of 2014 and committed amenities available to phase1. for me looks impossible/
Q: I have bought property with Rajparis Civil Constructions Ltd at Madampakkam.Rajparis Crystal spring phase1 completed year ago. But, there are lots of rework, pending activities like EB name transfer, building water leakages, building completion certificate, etc., There is no compensation for delay or not getting the committed facilities. Rajparis team markets the property through Myproptree Company. Rajparis will not fulfills the commitments and they say Rajparis is not responsible for Myproptree commitments.

Latest Answer: Rajparis never ever give possession as per the commitment. You will end up in loss if you buy property from Rajparis. Poor management and customer support. Just to sell a House they will say any thing but once you buy it then that it. Then you need to beg them for possession. They will ask money for small small things as well.

Horrible condition of roads!
Q: Heard this property is located on a horrible road leading from the congested Medavakkam main road. The road is a nightmare during monsoons. I pity the owners here. Did you buy a property at this horrible location? Heard these are several dangerous potholes and even snakes and promises of the builder to lay black top roads to owners who feel fooled. The builder did a bad job on the construction with cramped zig zag parking and useless terrace space. Please share your comments. Never buy from this dangerous builder! Seems to have no experience in real estate sector!

Do not buy flats in this project
Q: Don't buy this flats it's full of problems, you will lose your happiness. Better see some others even small builders and have peace of mind. I am one of the unfortunate buyer suffering with them.

Latest Answer: Never ever buy an apartment with this builder.we booked an apartment in 2010 and still have Been struggling to get the possession.

Reputation and hidden costs
Q: Need to know the reputation of the builder and also heard that a lot of hidden costs in this project.

Latest Answer: Hi, Rupam is one of the ongoing project with this builder and as far as rate is concerned it is around 3555 per sq ft and project having plan of 2and 3bhk unit with variance.
