Are vikash enclave plots genuine?

Q: Presently there is a ban on Noida extension property. Considering this in mind, is it ok to buy plot at Vikash enclave. Is construction allowed by the government at this place.

Why not? The Metro is proposed. Just see the high-rise buildings under construction in front of Vikash Enclave. Future appreciation is not a doubt. I think, we cannot dare buying of plots there after 1-2 years. Let's hope.

It is correct the there is ban on properties in Noinda Extension but only on construction (not on sale/purchase and registration of plots). It is also that the approval from NCR authority as per the orders of the Supreme Court to carry on the construction work is under process and may be given within next one month or so. Vikash Enclave is a chain of residential plots. Hence, I dont think purchasing plots there will have any problem. Moreover, the price of plots in vikash enclave is going on so high since house constructed in nearby places were demolished by authority, being on flood-plain and its plots are authorised, away from the Hindon river.

Yeah even I also heard that there is ban on Noida Extension property. I would say before investing better you take advice from the concern person ( legal expert).
