Q: Today I ran into the most unprofessional staff at Adarsh Palm Retreat's marketing office. They first keep you waiting for a long time...while addressing others who come in later. Secondly they do not care to listen what the customers asking for. They try to ignore you OR get away from you as soon as possible. God save customers from Adarsh Palm Retreat's marketing office folks. I wish that the management / owner at Adarsh reads this and takes some disciplinary action against the marketing office team members.
Are you a property owner in this project, can you tell me in details what has happened and why you felt they are unprofessional staff. Are you telling this because they made you waiting for a long time and when your turn came, they did not heard your grievance. Can you tell me about this project? I think the project is a descent project
@mukund, waiting is not an issue. Its the unprofessionalism with which Adarsh folks handled the wait list, wherein people who came after us were taken before us. On objecting, they gave stupid reasons indicating that they have a proper system in place (when in fact there was no system to queue potential customers).
I do not know much about the project since i stepped out as no one @ Adarsh was willing to help streamline the process for customers who were waiting for long. Hope you folks have a good experience. Good luck!
