Splendor flats are ready. However the larger 3 BHK project which is known as Grande will take another year to come.

Hey Ghoshad, I was looking out for some reviews about the project as I liked the project and I was planning to buy an apartment in the same. Even I heard that they delay in delivering the flats, Is that true? Can you share your thoughts? Thanks in advance.
