Planning to invest in a flat.

Q: I am planning to invest in a flat at Enkay Garden, MIDC Taloja ( phase 1 project). Appreciate if I can have feedback from others who have purchased there. Regards.

Hey Suresh, I heard that till date the builder have not got the approval for the 4th floor. many people have booked flats in this project but did not get registration yet. So before investing kindly talk and try to communicate with other who have booked flat there.

Thanks for the revet, Anand. Will lack of approval for the 4th floor impact registration of a 1st floor flat, in which am interested?
