Q: The progress is dragging for ever. We were promised possession on March. Forget that even june'12 this is not going to be ready. This is frustrating. Anyone with the same views?
One of the cheapest builders in bangalore...they have arrogants site supervisor in name of Amit, KV reddy and Tima Reddy, you visit the site and say the pending works, they would say that it would be completed in 2 days but never happens even after 2 months. One of arrogant guys they will neither pick up calls nor customer care helps. It is led by a goon called Krishna reddy. Started with their flagship project by name Mayur Paradise which has gone for a toss in terms of Commitment, Quality, accountability & responsibility, system, service & experienced staff. We have invested in one of their very first and flagship project by name "Mayur Paradise". The experience till now has been very bad with the project, people and management in the company. The very first and flagship project has gone for a toss, dont know what to expect from their upcoming projects.As said, there is Absolutely NO Commitment, Quality, accountability, system, service & knowledgeable and experienced staff in the company "Mayur Group".Complaining is useless. As you complain, people gonna laugh there. Response and action are never accepted and taken. Advise all buyers not to get associated with Mayur-Group. If at all they have to, then do clearly understand and define your terms and conditions for each and every minute product and quality, delays, penalty, payments and so legal approach.

Hi Satish, I have purchased an apartment too. Now they have a deadline of Feb'2013. I don't know how far this is true. I work abroad which makes it impossible for me to go visit the work site. But one of the executives said that the management would be compensating as per the clause in the contract. Kindly read it. They would pay that after the possession. I have shot them a mail saying its not justified and to deduct it from the remaining payable amount. The executives have no knowledge of what is happening. We, tenants should raise a voice together. I am also going to see one of the site of mayur group. Mr.Sathish tell me when they have started the project exactly.Mr.X who answered for his query..why have to contact other owners and together go and ask the builder..If the the builder promised to finish and handover the flat by March, he has to do that right? All the buyers are not only paying the EMIs also paying the rent for the current stay..consider the pain.
