oh my god my fried gave 1lac rupee 3 months back as a davance still they have not returned back our money

they are fraud my fried gave 25 lacks and waiting for 2 years still not got any money from them

we have given cheque for Best properties chennai , Arumpakkam in January 2013. However they have not provided land or money bank how to get money back??
