Has someone booked the flat in Royal Court,Thergaon ? Also whether project is good .

Q: I had visited Royal Court,Thergaon. i like the plan but there is no sample flat ready. also Living Room size in actual differs from that in plan.
I am having doubt in construction quality as the Builder is not reputed.

@Abhay, I would suggest you to talk with your legal expert in this situation. the builder is new and the carpet area is also small I do not feel like investing in such a project.

Ok Lalit.. Can you suggest any good projects in Chichwad or near chinchwad ...... My Budget is around 35L for 2Bhk flat (900 to 1000sq.ft).

Thanks Lalit. Yeah..Carpet area is less . Possession around June-2013. Amenities r ok....
At what rate should i book the flat for good deal. Current rate per sft is Rs.3900/- (Negotiable).
May be negotiable up to 3600/-. Is 3600 is good deal...??

I haven't heard about the Shree Anand Venkateshwara Associates (builder) so I doubt they will give the possession on time. I heard that the carpet area is also very small. Is that true> Have you check about the amenities in the project?
