Dear , You no need worry. Please collect land survey number. You may directly click this CMDA Tamilnadu government link http://www.cmdamaps.tn.nic.in/pdflinkcombine.php?map=CHN191406.map&lat=1437692.5354687492&lon=406501.5937499998 In above provided link pdf document. Airport expansion area is clearly indicated by CMDA authority in this pdf document. Secondly there is a NOC taken by VGN builder from Airport authority for HEIGHT CLERANCE ONLY. As you should know within certain Km radius of airport area buildings or mobile towers should not be above 20meters height since it may affect flight landing. It means Airport authority is given NOC on height clearance to VGN builder on submitting of building actual plan. You may ask VGN to provide you copy of this letter for your documentation purpose.
If we have to think about risk, which piece of land is not risky? Can anyone guarantee that to me. We cannot even dream that VGN will promote apartments without even focussing on risk on a long term. Of course, you are supposed to do your own calculations as it is going to be your hard earned money invested, but I dont think a builder like VGN has no long term vision in terms of risk. Moreover, whether or not sriperumbudur is coming, this piece of land taken by VGN for construction is outside the purview of land acquisition by airport. I request VGN to support this statement which will avoid speculating issues like this further.
Hey Srikanth, I totally agree with you there is no question of investing in such a project where there are chances of risk. Even I heard that there are hidden charges also. Then why not to invest in places where metro train is coming up.
