Dear Arun.... Each block in NCC Aster Park has penthouses on 17th and 18th floors. You can get in touch with Mr. Surendra from the marketing office for the same. His contact details are 9972766995. The amenities and quality of construction is pretty decent. You should visit the premises and then take a call. I own a 3bhk in Aster park and I am quite satisfied with the quality and amenities.

Hello Arun, As per my knowledge, there is only 2bhk and 3bhk flats in NCC Urban Nagarjuna Aster Park. they are providing all modern amenities like swimming pool, play area, 24Hr backup, club house, tennis court, gymnasium etc.
