The last time i visited Sudarshan Estcon in the month of March 2012 ,Mr.Biswas updated that they have not acquired much land from last 3 years for giving registration to all the people who have booked.These touts
now say that they only have some of the land in the BDA commercial zone and just beside the proposed 100 ft road.When i compared by booked plot numbers they were falling in the BDA yellow zone.But now he says the project has shifted .I think there is some scam going inside that they are trying to keep under covers.Hopefully any residential project that they are planning up in the Yellow zone and trying to avoid the people who have booked plots in the same zone/project.

Need to initiate a media/legal action agnaist this company.

Thanks Surya for your posts. Yes I do agree with you. I spoke to Biswas he is responding so I am talking Amulya Mohapatra, he told me that they have not got BDA approval to sell the plots. I will contact them this month lets see what answer they will provide. I created a Group in FB if you share yoou FB id will send the invite to have your name added.

I am also getting same response from both Viswas and Amulya. Amulya told me he will update me about BDA decision on 25th of this June. And Viswas will update me about final registration report on 19th June. Let see what happen!!!

past 1 yrs they have been saying the same story next month next month. If any one purchased plot from them let me know we might take legal action to stop their business

Yes Rabindra,I too have done the booking for Sudarshan Vihar in Sept 2008,and our story is the same.This fellow Biswas is promising every next month date else he is saying to take back money.What shall we do of the money after 3 yrs,in the meantime the rate of land has tripled.We need to teach him a lesson.
