Latest Answer: The last time i visited Sudarshan Estcon in the month of March 2012 ,Mr.Biswas updated that they have not acquired much land from last 3 years for giving registration to all the people who have booked.These touts
now say that they only have some of the land in the BDA commercial zone and just beside the proposed 100 ft road.When i compared by booked plot numbers they were falling in the BDA yellow zone.But now he says the project has shifted .I think there is some scam going inside that they are trying to keep under covers.Hopefully any residential project that they are planning up in the Yellow zone and trying to avoid the people who have booked plots in the same zone/project.
Need to initiate a media/legal action agnaist this company.
