Q: Hello All, I have booked a flat with Sai Erector in their Sai Sierra scheme prelaunch offer on 18 dec2010 at the rate Rs.3250/- since then builder telling me they will start project soon. till date project is not started. tell me what to do?

Hey Amit, You can back off from your decision or you can take advice from your legal experts regarding the situation. I am not sure when the project will be started. You contact the sales office to get more details.
