I too reside near Cambridge Layout. The road work is left incomplete. Noise pollution due to heavy traffic is also a problem here. Roads are stinking because BBMP have taken the dustbins and people are forced to put garbage on roadsides.

I should say horrible is the situation of Cambridge Layout, you can say it has become a garbage layout. BBMP authority has taken away the dustbins but due to which people are force to throw the garbage on the road, road construction has to been completed and adding to the problem stray dogs strolling on the road.
