Period of builder's responsibility / liability.

Q: We have purchased a flat in Regulus Balewadi, Pune, developed by Aurigaa Developers and have got following problems.

1.Seepage/Cracks in walls Bedroom Ceiling
2.Door frame cement filling falling
3.Chipping of paint on doors due to poor quality material
4.Switch board covers have become loose due to sub standard material used
5.Marking of Second parking not done
6.Low pressure in solar connection being on a higher floor and no pump for solar tank
7.Audio/Video security System Is a show piece, always down
8.Fire fighting System Suspense
9.Over all construction work not of good quality or not done by skilled workers

What is the period for Builder's responsibility/liability due to construction defects after giving the po-cession to owner?

It depends on the builder how much time period he has mention on the agreement.

Thanks, but I just wanted to know if any minimum period is there for builder to put in the agreement. He might mention only 6 months even if it is more that that officially.
