Q: Does anyone have any news on the progress of the construction of Casa Royale Grande at Balkum, Thane West?

have received another communication from lodha within 15 days of the first letter stating that they will come up with more options shortly. and the earlier mail was purely on customers demands for money since the project was getting delayed. they no where mentioned about point a getting applied since we did not respond to their first letter. Not sure what these builders are up too. Has any one received the second letter from them in this regard

I yesterday only received the hard copies by courier for the first exit communicaiton which was sent, dated Sept 17,2012 with the two options only. Haven't yet received any communication since then.

oh. they sent me a mail stating that a second letter is sent to my residence on friday. i received the courier on tuesda at my residence. it states i can stay on with the project . but will not be paid any interest of 8% as mentioned in the agreement
as its my decision to continue with the project
they also mentioned that if i dont respond to their letter in 15 days they will go with option a which means flat sold money refunded.

not sure what are they up to
has any one looked at option a
have u guys received your cheque.

I booked and registered in Grande. I think we should let them know both options are not acceptable and give us same flat with same booking cost in same locality. We should demand at least 15 to 18% interest at least.

Hi Grande Members,
I too am a victim of Lodha group. I had booked in July 2010, Flat 101. I received the email on Sept 18,2012 for options - A) Exit out with 12% Interest B) Transfer to existing Lodha project at current market rate. This is pure cheating. There has been no construction work for past 10 months and project is stalled due to no approval commencement certificate from TMC. All are in it involved.

We need to fight together on this.

I am J A Tanwade, booked flat on 15th August 2010 in Casa Royale Grande, Flat no. 901 in LODHA, Surprisely received e-mail communication on 18th Sept 2012 for first time from Mrs. Jasmine Chemburkar about options etc . it is really shocking...I think , we guys shall have meeting immidiatley with LODHA builder ( may be within this week itself)....Please update if anybody has detail news.... I think, we shall have experts opinion for our support...

the Builder has sent latter for refund and there is no proper reason for it. contact him immediatly and prassurise for delivery of flat even some late.rk vijay
