What is the status of the project and approvals? I am planning to buy a 2 bhk apartment in this project, what is the rate per sqft going on?

There are 2 bhk apartments available for sale in Ukn Esperanza. The project is under construction and will get completed by 2014 end. BBMP and all the leading banks have approved the project and A Khata is also there. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 5200.

No water problem??? Most borewells are dry - we buy water from outside. Hence, cost of maintenance is over 3 Rs per sq feet.

There is no water problem in UKN Esperanza and even play area is there for kids.
