As far my knowledge goes, the infrastructure development of the city also played an important role in increase of sales. The projects were built in the outskirts leading to the city expansion. Check out this link to know more Real estate in Surat has grown 100 percent .

Hi Anil, sales in real estate of Surat increased significantly along with the increase in the income of its residents. As and when income increased, people started buying properties.
