Registration problem.

Q: I have heard that flat owners in Diamond District do not have Khatta A due to which registration cannot be done. What are the legal implications ? Does the new owner have to pay any arrears?

As far as I know Khatta is just an account and registration can be done with out it. For legal implications and other details you have to take advice from your legal experts.
