I also invested in this project in 2006/2007 and paid up all installments by end of 2009.
I have had an experience similar to Mr. Arun Agarwal and would love to know if a group was formed to approach the builder in a stronger fashion or an appeal made to the Consumer court?
It has been five years past the promised possession date and the onsite manager keeps shifting the dates by a few months each time you call him. There is hardly any construction activity or very little at all.
You may contact me for a proper response to your query . For now, I will only say that the real estate developer pays no attention to our calls ,visits and mails .
Everytime we contact the builder, they give a fresh deadline of 6 months and more A visit to the project site every now and then shows that the construction is moving at a snail's pace . What is the best course of action in these circumstances when I have to pay a steep EMI to the Bank without any corresponding benefit ?
I agree with Ms Rini, you should contact all the owners of the project and try to communicate with the builder to know the reason of delay in possession.

I think you should talk with the builder and ask the reason why there is so much delay in the project. The project is almost delayed by 3 years.
