Hello all please let me know how are you guys proceeding with the payment if no bank is financing the project.I had a talk with Meenakshi she told they may charge interest on delayed payments if the payment is not immediately made.As I already have a pre aaproval from HDFC bank i dont know how to proceed with this.Kindly suggest the way out if anyother persom finds himself in the same situation

Property is still not HDFC approved. Only Indiabulls is providing loan. I don't know where its stuck and how Indiabulls given clearance without environmental certificate. I m curious. I have asked HDFC to find out. If anybody has some answers please comment.

Hi,

Currently no bank is providing home loans on Ansal Sushant Serene residency in GNOIDA. However, they have submitted papers for approval in PNB and HDFC which might take time as Ennviornmental clearnace was still pending for the project. However, it might have been cleared now.

Also, I checked with Indiabulls, the guy told me the approval will come within a week.

I have already booked a flat in the project and I checked with project manager (Meenakshi) and I was told that I can submit sanction letter of pre-approved loan from any bank , pay 15% of my share and pay only when bank starts disbursing loan, which is good!

Hello Vatsa, the current rate in this project is around Rs 1800 per sqft.

As far as I know the rates of the flats ranges from Rs 11.55 lakhs to Rs 39.38lakhs.

You can make a list of top banks in your city and ask them who are giving home loans for Sushant Serene. According to that you can visit the bank and apply for the home loan.
