Is any bank providing loan for Ansal sushant serene, greater noida? Two banks rejected my loan for this project.
Q: 1st I had applied for home loan in 2013 in ICICI they sanctioned. but at the time of disbursement they are unable to process. 2nd time SBI is refused my loan at the time of disbursement. Is this project safe and legal.
Vikas Yadav and Praveen are not taking calls they have take INR 5 lakhs in the penalty from us for the delay in payment. They had promised delivery to us in Dec 2014 but no sight of delivery now. SBI and other banks are not loaning money for this project. I have taken up the matter with the management for my issue but they are hiding from the fraud.
Thanks Rahul Ji, Already given almost 75% of amount as per CLP. They covered maximum money from customer as per CLP after that construction is stopped. Yes I am not so Happy, But hope we all Flat buyers will join together to pressurize them. Now, As per Agreement they have to give hand over in 36 months from date of commencement and +/- 6 months grace period. Now we are in grace period and it will end in October. As, I am also a civil engineer I can bet they cannot deliver within 6 months. Kindly be unite to fought against fake promises. Please contact me at 9910339645.
Hi Sir, This project has proper approval from authority & as per my knowledge, Syndicate bank, Dena bank, SBI Patiala banks are also financing this project. So if there is any problem in SBI bank approving your loan then you can go to DENA Bank or Allahabad Bank.

At the time of booking- Booking amount as applicable, Within 45 Days from booking- 95% of BSP less booking amount+EDC+IDC+Car Parking+EFC+FFC+PBC+PLC (discount 15%), On Offer of possession- 5% of BSP+Club+IFMS+Lease rent.
I inquired about the same issue, couple of days before i was discussing with builder executive , i got to know that State Bank Of Patiala, Dena Bank, Bank Of India, Syndicate Bank, Indiabulls & Allahabad banks are financing this project. Yes , Of course this project is safe & sound. Expected possession is around December 2015.
