I am living in Sai Orchids Apartments. The builder has provided all the amenities as promised and fairly in a good schedule. We have a basement car park, swimming pool, a walk around garden, wide corridors, lounge, children's park etc.

Hi Gita, Will Be Great if you can advise, did the builder get Occupancy Certificate & fire cleareance for Sai Orchids & is sewage/water supported by BBMP

Hi San, as far as I know Sai Smaran Constructions projects have got good responses. Though the projects are few they are well-known and of good quality.
