Building homes on farming lands.

Q: Will the villagers be able to construct their own homes on their own farming land?

They can also avail benefits from different housing schemes like Basava Scheme, Indira Yojana etc. Read this story about State government permits to construct homes in agriculture land.

The state govt. was finding difficult to provide land for housing to all poor and backward classes people. So it has now allowed them to construct houses on their own farmlands along with govt. assistance.

And if they do not have money for construction then is govt. provididng any facility for them?

But not all can build houses in their farm lands. Only the poor and people belonging to SC/ST communities are permitted.
