Q: Hi,
I have booked a flat in Alpine VIVA (603 Tagus). I have a doubt on the specification. The builder has mentioned the Flat type as N in all the layout plans but the sharing agreement (between owner and developer) says the flat type is N1. I have checked the layout of both type in the same block and found those to be exactly same. I am confused is there any difference in both flats and is there any legal difference in N and N1 type? I think flat 703 is also N1 type as somebody bought 703 in Tagus block?
hi guys recently moved to alpine viva project i want to share with you guys that project is reasonably good with very good club house especially their squash court , i know there are some negative reviews around but it is common with all the builders nowadays you should do your homework well i did my survey for a month finally after my legal adviser gave me a green signal i went ahead with the project
I am planning to get an apartement in Alpine Viva. I came to know that this is a delayed project, it has started in 2007. Can you please let me know the reason of delay? Is it ok to purchase a flat here? Will I be risking my hard earned money by doing so? Please reply.
Not yet sorted out. I am talking to the lawyer, he doesn't seem to have big issue with this but he says property title needs to be clear. My lawyer talking to alpine lawyer on this.

Hello.. What happened with this issue? Is it sorted out or not?
Yes Bhargav, it's a good idea to them... There will be no fear of this N and N1 issues, even in future, if they have some proof. I suggest to take advice regarding this from a legal expert too.
Hello everyone, if this happened just by mistake then ask them to provide written proof for the same or else to replace the documents with corrected ones. Regards, Bhargav Dev
Marketing manager of Alpine says only the first floor apartments are N1 type as their balcony is smaller. There are flats on 6,7,8,9,10 floors which are mentioned as N1 type and he is not able to tell why? He says its a mistake in document. All the legal documents say N1 for mentioned flats, it can't be a mistake.
