How to approach owners without going through brokers?

Q: I am looking for houses or apartments 2 BHK TO LET in Bangalore, Bannerghatta road, Subramanya Arcade surroundings. Ranging from 8000 to max 13000. Please do let me know. I am a Pastor.

Hello all.. I am Pavithra. Click on the link given by Vijay and you will see a list. In the listings page you will find various options on left side and you can sort accordingly... You can even filter posts only by owner and then you can check those flats only.

Hello Sir, if you click on the "clicking here" link given above you will find the listing. In the listing you have 'send message' option for every flat right? Just click on Send Message and a small pop-up window will come then you type your details and submit. The message will reach the owners and they will contact you. Then you can discuss with them. Let me know if this helps.

There are many flats available in those areas. I think you can check the listings on internet which are posted by owners only.
