Yes, I absolutely agree that the the gas pipe line is a must. Very basic requirement which needs to be provided for. Regarding possession dates,we are desperately waiting to move in. Earlier we were told Nv 2013, then Jan 2014, Mar 2014, June 2014. And the latest I heard is they are extending possession till August 2014. Is anyone aware when possession would be ready?

The builder has not given gas pipe line which is a basic amenity these days. If we unite and request them, it's still possible that they will consider it and make a provision for gas pipeline. Otherwise, gas cylinder will take unnecessary place in kitchen..
The possession date quoted is June 2014...
Also, have any of you opted for extra electric points? and L-shaped Granite platform in kitchen. Do they charge extra for all of this? Please share the contact details of respective person if you have.. Please reply with your opinion on this and share your queries if any..

I had word regarding the same but they told me about the high cost per month per flat owner( as I don't know the costing so cant argued) and time taken by govt body to approve gas pipeline connection. I am agree with you if its beneficial for us & can approach them and request. & Yes they are charging for xtra electric connections ans L-shape Kitchen Platform.
Hi I booked one in this project in Nov last year @ 3300 per sqft. Appreciation is good in this area as in one year its increased to 3800-4000. I'll reccomand in this one if flats are still available for sale. -Nitin
Hi.. I have booked the flat in Icon linera and from my point of view the Location is excellent and project has most of the amenities for day to day life. Best part... Rooms are spacious (as i searched more than 20-25 proects for spacious rooms) and all the amenities will be available at the time of posession means no construction work after posession (If possible). As per the price point of view.. they are booking @3800-4000 (as i visited the property last month). I dont have any double doubt in mind to suggest the same property to Invest or for living.
