Hey Suraj.. sorry for that.. One of my colleague had purchased flat there 2 years ago. He had told this rate to me. May be it was initial pricing. Anyways thanks for the updated pricing.

hahahhaha ........... 21 lakh 2BHK in Ozone? Are u joking. Ozone is one of renowned bulder and current cost of 2 BHK is more than 55 lakhs.

Every builder delay in possession and so do they. I agree with Mr Prataph that the price of the flats in Ozone Evergreens is very economical.

I am not sure from where he is quoting the price....I am one of the flat owner in Ozone Evergreen.....and I bought a 2BHK worth 38 Lac one year ago

Hello Kumar, I personally feel that it is very economical if the price is same as provided by Mr Ramesh. Now-a days the apartments that are coming up in Sarjapur road is more costlier than this.
